From M5 J28 Cullompton turn towards Cullompton take right at traffic lights towards Willand.
At first roundabout take 1st left then at second roundabout take 1st left. Approx. 1/4 mile Batemans Agriculture is on the right, take left turn opposite (signposted Brithembottom & Ash Thomas).
In Brithembottom take 1st right then at end of road turn right.
Bookbinders is approx. 1/2 mile on the left.
